Dannie Sinisi for Warwick Town Board

Dannie Sinisi is many things: substitute teacher, entrepreneur, artist, filmmaker, activist, avid karaoke singer and, most importantly, mother to a 7th-grader. She previously worked as an EMT and served at Ground Zero. Dannie owns Draco Natural Arts LLC, a graphic arts service, Dannie Boi LLC, which brings two annual film festivals to Warwick, and she most recently started 3 Chicks Flicks. She has helped with many community projects, including Warwick Playground Dreams, the community visioning under Community 2gether, and the clearing of the new kayaking path with the Waywayanders. In 2019, she received an Orange County Human Rights Award for her work developing the Pride Center in Warwick and the Safe Space Initiative. She completed her master’s degree in Arts Administration earlier this year.

Among other things, Dannie wants to see more attainable housing with lower property taxes, better maintenance of our roads and sidewalks, and more support for our farmers, mom-and-pop shops, and community centers. After hoping that someone worth voting for would run for office, Dannie realized that she was the person she was waiting for. She’s excited to work for you as a member of the Warwick Town Board.
